velvetcueix operates this website as a commercial resource focused on Course A show production materials. These materials address soft visual cues including lighting timing, camera cues, audio preparation, and smooth workflows for live programs. By accessing or using any part of the site you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. The site is intended for users in the United Kingdom and is governed by UK law including the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
Eligibility and permitted use

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Limitation of liability
Subject to the preceding paragraph, velvetcueix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the site or the Course A materials. Direct liability is limited to the amount paid by you for access to the relevant materials in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless velvetcueix and its officers from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site content.
Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts. Nothing affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory consumer protection legislation.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid the remaining provisions continue in full force.
